Pink might be known for her rocker attitude and edgy tunes, but now that she's a new mom, the songstress has a skip in her step. The chanteuse, whose real name is Alecia Moore, and her husband (Carey Hart) welcomed a daughter named Willow Sage on June 2, and the two are over the moon about the new addition to their family.
"We are absolutely blissed out in love over here!" Pink wrote on her website, adding, "I finally found out what love really means."
But will motherhood turn this punk rocker into a mellow crooner? Don't count on it. "Don't worry, I'm not writing an album full of sappy lullabies," she reassured her fans. "Not yet, anyways?"
Of course, new motherhood has its challenges – like the fact that newborns often seem to be covering themselves (and their parents) in bodily fluids. But it's not the end of the world for Pink or Hart, as both are taking the difficulties of parenthood in stride. "Baby poop really isn't as bad as all the guys out there think," Pink wrote. "Carey's already been pooed on, and he's still breathing. Ahhhhh, ain't love grand?"
