The Graco Snugride 35 is a solid car seat that accommodates your child up to 35 pounds, stretching its useful life beyond that of most infant carriers. This seat is slightly wider than other models, and the base itself is more bulky, but plush padding makes for a very comfortable ride. Note, though, that with all the padding, the seat does tend to get a little warm. The mechanisms on this seat are well designed. A push-button lock-off helps to secure a belted car seat base, and an easy-to-use release handle detaches the car seat from the base with little effort. The Snugride 35 comes in great colors and patterns that give this seat a more sophisticated look than most models. A generous canopy provides excellent sun protection.
